The original formation of this company was on April 1, 1952. The corporation was started by Robert A. Entrop and Ray Johnston. Mr. Johnston left the company on May 1, 1976. Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Entrop purchased the assets of the corporation. On August 1, 1976 the name was officially changed from the Ray Johnston Co. to NORTHMAR, INC.

On January 1, 1991, Robert Jr., Richard. and Russell Entrop purchased the corporation from Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Entrop. Robert Entrop is the CEO of the corporation.

The corporation presently leases 3000 square feet of the office and warehouse space from Mr. and Mrs. Entrop and owns the normal complement of automobiles, office equipment, fax, mailing and duplication equipment and computers to maintain a strong office backup to its sales activities.

The sales territory covered includes the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. British Columbia, Canada is also covered for a portion of our principals. The primary markets are Western Washington and Western Oregon, with secondary coverage in Spokane, WA., Boise, ID., Richland, WA., and Anchorage, AK.
